Wonderful customer service! I love the convenience of parking right out front. They have a great selection of clothes and jewelry, too!
My daughter had her makeup done at the Durham location for her senior Prom..
When you are driving by the store and you have 10 min to run in and get some more foundation because you are dangerously low. And realize you have no idea what your color is. Fear not. This amazing staff is going to tell you your color from your previous purchases. I live the service of the merle girls of durham!
The comfort I get from the Merle Norman products has helped my allergies and dry skin tremendously. I have no more swollen sinuses & headaches. I am in my early 70's and have used Merle Normal exclusively during my teen and mid-life years. The sun damage is from the years in between. Regrets...yes, I have a few. :) The enthusiasm and helpfulness of Nancy & the Merle Girls always gives me a boost.
I went to get 1 dress....ha....the selection there is fabulous from clothing, accessories....and absolutely the most awesome staff....Caroline thank you for all your help, suggestions, and patience with me. Can't wait to see what comes in for the winter.
