Nancy, Terri and crew are the absolute best best! I re-discovered Merle Norman skin care products and make-up about 3 years ago. I have a very fair and delicate complexion and was disappointed at the cosmetic and skin care choices for me at the major department stores. Then, I found Merle--so happy that I did because my skin has returned to its porcelain glow!. I feel like family when in the store and know that I can rely on everyone for excellent customer service. Also love the beautiful jewelry, accessories, clothing, etc.

When you have sleeping beauty in the car seat, and you need lip pencils. No worries. Nancy gladly, delivered my lip pencils to me. She went inside to take care of the transaction, returned with my receipt. Every time, I’ve been in MN in the past fours, during a very difficult time in my life. Not only were they very helpful, Nancy has been very compassionate, loving me through a very difficult time. That my friends, is customer service, and LOVE. ❤️
