Love the products, for the last few months, I can’t find them open, ordered but never got a call it was in. It's a long drive from Wayland and back to find not open.
My mother orders once a year and placed her order in June for over $200. She always calls the Grand Rapids location since the Lansing location closed many years ago. Four weeks later we find out the store is not responding and has closed (per corporate office), yet charged her credit card. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

absolutely adore this location!! Sandiy, the owner, is so wonderful and responsive, very professional and all in a really cozy environment. the products are fantastic as well! best foundation and eye liner ive ever had!
Do not trust this location. Do not give them money unless you get your products in store. I paid $150 for products was supposed to be order and delivered to my home. It's been six months, and I'm still waiting. I have called countless times and left messages and emails.
