I called this location over two months ago and inquired about a lipstick called Terra Rosa and they did not have it in stock, so I asked the lady to place an order for me. She said she would and would contact me when it came in. I’ve never heard back from them. I’ve called several, several times and left a message and still no return phone call. I just don’t understand why someone could not at least call me back and let me know the status of the order. Just not very good Customer Service.
I love this Merle Norman! Very friendly and helpful. Always has my products in stock. Jenna is very knowledgeable, personable, professional and always greets me by my first name with a smile. Highly recommend this location.
