Called ahead to make sure someone would be there at a certain time for a piercing only to arrive to be told that no one was available to do it and they wanted me to reschedule for 4 days later. Unprofessional, unorganized, poor communication. Wouldn't recommend for ear piercing. Clothes were ugly too.
