This place doesn’t deserve any stars, been without hot water since December 9, 2023. It is currently February 1, 2024. I have a child at home and I have a medical condition and they are not concerned with providing my family with a new water heater. Management ignores your concerns and will not contact you regarding any issues. They just want your money and that is it. I have been boiling water on my stove just so we can take a hot bath and wash dishes.

This place sucks. The model apartment looks emaculate but all the other ones they just painted over everything and tried to make it look new and improved. 1st week there our oven broke and they replaced it with the model one from the model apartment. Then awhile later the A/C went out and when they sent someone over to fix it ... he didnt speak any english and I dont speak spanish! As he was fixing the A/C it was all old and looked very unsafe useless wires here and there not attached to anything ...the office says its open ... read more
If I could give no stars I would. This apartment complex sucks, the management sucks, the maintenance sucks. Been without AC for almost a week. Do Not Live Here!!
