I ordered the lunch special which included Grilled chicken Caesar Piadina. It was tasty, appreciated it was from their local farm. I sat on the patio to enjoy the spectacular view, the weather was beautiful.....I tried Ube Gelato...... delicious.......
HORRIBLE MUSIC “read the room”! Service was good but food VERY DISAPPOINTING AND EXPENSIVE! “CHECK”!
Merkin Vineyards is lovely! The vineyard, the buildings, the view are all exquisite! We even had a tour given by Jamie, which was also great. We happened to visit on a beautiful day with scattered rainshowers which only enhanced the view. The food was okay, their pesto, however, is excellent. We actually added it to the Cacio e Pepe which made a huge difference. The Funghi Pizza was good with pesto too. The Chupacabra wines were Fabulous!! It was a bit of a drive from Prescott, but Well worth it!!
Amazing! Red wine flight was excellent. The food, especially the lasagna, calamari, and cauliflower special were INCREDIBLE! Add in the scenic location and great service and this is a must visit winery and restaurant.
