Nurse practitioner did a horrible job looking over me due to her shift being over soon, got an inhaler that didn’t help in anyway either very disappointed
This place is about a thousand degrees inside everyone was complaining the front desk is incompetent and made us wait for over 20 minutes on my son's foot was completely shattered cuz they're slow. And we waited over an hour to go back to literally need just an x-ray to see what to do and no one offered anything as far as like comforted for him or anything to help support him so he's leaning on me as a disabled person the entire time and the front desk ladies even watched a struggle on the way out with the door that's overly... read more
Took 1 hour in the doctors room. Nurse Practitioner didn’t know what she was doing, must have been new, they even recorded the convo. Just very unpleasant visit. Wouldn’t come here late night again. We were locked in here until closing time.
Great location! Everyone from check-in, to the nurse, to the doctor I saw was very friendly and helpful. Clean and brightly lit facilities and equipment that looks brand new was very welcoming and reassuring. I hope I don't get hurt again any time soon, lol, but if I do, I know who to trust with my care. 😊
