A fine team! Dr. Paulasir and team performed a difficult emergency surgery and the results were superb. I waited too long to get an issue handled and then it turned into a pretty bad situation. The surgery itself was a great success due to the talent and skill of the surgeons and the great follow up by Dr’s. Diaz and Remick completed the very positive experience. I highly recommend this office for their proven surgical results and thoroughness. Five Stars. Thank you all.

I've been back and forth for almost a week trying to get an appointment. They asked for a referral (not insurance required) for their own purposes. I then went to a dermatologist specialist to get the referral, they faxed the referral 4 times by day 4. I keep calling this office to see when we can schedule an appointment and today I was put on hold twice, and then I was told she would call someone else and leave a message to see if the appointment can be set! I liked Dr. Bonatti very much. He is very kind and explains things very well. Will go over information again if you don't understand it. Staff is very nice. Only problem was I had an appointment and he got called into emergency surgery and the staff had me come in instead of calling me and telling me that. They had no idea when he would be coming back to the office. I had to reschedule. Other than that, I would go back.
