My experience with this office has been awful. I had a consultation with their Dr. Jafferji, who really seemed like a decent person who at least appeared to listen to me. His demeanor came across as empathetic (unusual for a specialist). He asked that I have some tests done for him to better evaluate my need for surgery, and his desire to be thorough was reassuring. A fine team! Dr. Paulasir and team performed a difficult emergency surgery and the results were superb. I waited too long to get an issue handled and then it turned into a pretty bad situation. The surgery itself was a great success due to the talent and skill of the surgeons and the great follow up by Dr’s. Diaz and Remick completed the very positive experience. I highly recommend this office for their proven surgical results and thoroughness. Five Stars. Thank you all.
I've been back and forth for almost a week trying to get an appointment. They asked for a referral (not insurance required) for their own purposes. I then went to a dermatologist specialist to get the referral, they faxed the referral 4 times by day 4. I keep calling this office to see when we can schedule an appointment and today I was put on hold twice, and then I was told she would call someone else and leave a message to see if the appointment can be set!
