Reception is so rude
I didn’t have my appointment because even though their website allowed me to make an “after hours” appointment and it was confirmed, when I arrived there was no one there and the door was locked. Very unprofessional.
Didn’t process my medical records release request to the third party after 4 -5 months of waiting. Told to call third party to see the status and stated they don’t see it.
Dr Badr, PA-C Eyler were all good. Dr Nguyen was great. He explained everything about the procedure. Dr Bhatia only recommends surgery as a last resort. I would recommend them.
