I’ve been here twice for a sleep study and both times the staff was amazing. They took my feedback from the first study to make my second stay for accommodating and were incredibly welcoming. While I hope to never need another, I’d be overjoyed to come back as a patient
Horrible experience! It definitely like the doctor had his own hidden agenda. He was very hands-off and non-communitive until literally the very last few minutes, and that was only because I was demanding answers. When he did finally deign to "grace" me with his presence, he was all but combative and only then did he actually somewhat explain the process. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do it. I've been trying to get supplies for my CPAP for almost a year. The communication between the prescribing provider and the supply company has been non-existent. I've had to make multiple calls over the course of several months and STILL don't have the correct supplies. They haven't forgotten to bill me, though!
