I have been taking my newborn son here for his appointments as it was easy to get into with the opening being so recent. I am very thankful for the care we receive. We have been seeing Ethan Bulger. He genuinely cares about the care he provides. He takes the time to talk to you and explain things and does not rush. He also talks to you and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. If your having a baby and need a provider I would highly recommend him.
On December 19, 2025, I visited the Meritus Primary Care located in Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD, because I was feeling unwell. There, a person named Kellen Beck, CRNP (Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner), asked for my consent to record our conversation before proceeding, and I agreed.
