The level of care in the ER was very good. All the personnel were professional, very nice, and appeared knowledgeable. We took my husband in for severe abdominal pain and he was triaged and treated very quickly and effectively. There is even a monitor posted in the main waiting room with timing of triage/provider evaluation/test performed/test results. My wife has been there 2 days with an infected gallbladder they tell her there is no surgeon available to use the robotic surgeon to remove the gallbladder. I wish I would have driven to Frederick , this is the absolute worst hospital there is . The patient advocate won’t even call me back. Her name is Shannon. They need to hire people that actually care.

Ok twice now I have tried to post a review based on my grand daughters medical treatment at this low class medical center ER department. I gave it one star only because I could jot give less than that. By what my Stepson and his soon to be wife. Express about how they were treated when arriving at the ER DEPARTMENT, when our granddaughter arrived via ambulance from a single vehicle horrific accident, in which the state police and EMS stated she was lucky to be alive.
