Specifically my 92 year old grandmother whom you discharged last night at 3am and when you couldn't contact someone WHEELCHAIRED her out to a cab and sent her on her way. Let's get more specific. She had an uncontrollable nosebleed and my cousin was there and called the ambulance. SHE CAN BARELY AND I MEAN BARELY WALK. SHE USES A WHEELCHAIR.
