The front desk staff are very rude
I have been to several gastroenterology offices in my 25 yrs of ulcerative colitis and this office by far is number 1 in my book, the office staff has always been polite and professional, Dr Khosa takes her time with me and is so nice and professional as well, I feel very blessed to be a patient here.
I have been with one of the Gastro’s that left their patrice and I have called this office and have spoken to one of the ladies that answers the front desk phone twice I can tell is is a older person by her voice and she is VERY RUDE and speaks to you like you have no clue. I would like to say that needs to be corrected and stop making people steer away from this office because of your attitude! I gave it a 1 star only because I couldn’t give it zero
