Once Meritus took over the office it's not the same. It's more of a business than a Dr's office. I feel they are more worried about lining there pockets than the patient.
Amazing staff and providers. They truly care about you and want to help. My improvement with my allergies has been remarkable. I can’t recommend them enough.
Been going here for several months for my allergy shots. I always find the receptionists and the doctors polite and professional. Whenever I call to schedule or reschedule appointments, I am never on hold for very long, if at all. The lobby is clean, and the TV usually has a cooking show on- which I like!
They don't answer the phone at all, they do not inform you of drs not seeing new patients but continuously tell you that your appt is with the new dr. They don't care about YOUR KIDS! Please please please don't bring your kids here!!!
I have seen both Dr. Awan and Dr. Mauriello and they have both been incredibly kind and helpful in treating my condition. The other staff members at this office are also excellent. I would recommend these providers to anyone seeking an allergist in the area.
