Been going here for several months for my allergy shots. I always find the receptionists and the doctors polite and professional. Whenever I call to schedule or reschedule appointments, I am never on hold for very long, if at all. The lobby is clean, and the TV usually has a cooking show on- which I like!
They don't answer the phone at all, they do not inform you of drs not seeing new patients but continuously tell you that your appt is with the new dr. They don't care about YOUR KIDS! Please please please don't bring your kids here!!!
I have seen both Dr. Awan and Dr. Mauriello and they have both been incredibly kind and helpful in treating my condition. The other staff members at this office are also excellent. I would recommend these providers to anyone seeking an allergist in the area.
Dr. Awan is the best doctor ever! I've recently been diagnosed with asthma and have really struggled with understanding what's happening and getting everything under control. Dr. Awan has been nothing but patient and caring. She always takes the time to explain and re-explain and she never gets upset when I ask stupid questions. She has truly made a difficult time and diagnosis for me so much easier. In my experience, she truly cares and wants me to feel better. I highly recommend this office and especially Dr. Awan!
