This seems like a nice property IF you can get a hold of them. It's impossible to get in contact with them to express interest in the units they advertise online. I have tried to call on numerous occasions during regular posted business hours and even used their "contact us" feature on their website only for the mail to bounce back. I don't understand why properties advertise units publicly and then refuse to pick up the phone/answer a simple inquiry.

As I sign my renewal lease, I thought I'd leave a review: The good: 1) Delmi the on-site manager is awesome. She's responsive, fair and friendly. 2) The unit I'm renting is two floors with nobody above or below me which is heaven. 3) It has a gas-powered fireplace, efficient heater/a.c. and a separate shower and bathtub in the main bathroom. 4) The extra half bath downstairs is also convenient. 5) It's literally across the street from a large supermarket and less than 5 minutes from the freeway.
