Nice people at Sales, overall low quality product. Post sales is disrespectful and unprofessional - not counting they can't even spell of write your names correctly, which is initially correctly written in every document they are working with. Closing tickets without giving reasons, leaving you hanging with no answers. For a below average quality, this type of behavior is completely unprofessional. My experience with this builder has been quite disappointing overall. The sales team seemed very manipulative — they offered multiple incentives and attractive deals upfront to make the purchase sound irresistible, but things quickly changed once we signed the contract. After that, most of the promised offers either disappeared or were altered significantly.The landscaping and grading around the properties are major issues.
