Absolutely incredible meal and atmosphere! The staff was friendly and made wonderful recommendations! Our meal was amazing from beginning to end and Meritage Bistro is officially our favorite Highlands restaurant!
Absolutely divine!! The ambiance was relaxing and beautiful, the food was delicious, the wine was amazing, our server was super fun and sweet...completely on the ball, but not overly intrusive, plus he gave great suggestions!! My family and I adore this restaurant and will definitely be returning on our next adventure to Highlands!!
Our group of 6 arrived at 9pm on New Year’s Eve and we thought we had a reservation. We had a little mix up on our end, but they seated us anyway, even though the kitchen was closing down due to the weather. An Unexpected ice storm � They were so nice, the service was excellent, and the food was amazing! The filet Was so tender it could have been cut with a butter knife! Highly recommend! Thanks for a very memorable dinner!

Really great restaurant with great service. Our server was great! Attentive but didn't over do it which we loved. Great wine menu. We shared artichokes and brussel sprouts for a starter. The spinach salad with goat cheese was outstanding...and our entrees were good too. Especially the triple tail catch of the day. We will be back.
The best burger in Highlands! Also among my favorites are the brussel sprouts, scallops and crab cake. My mouth is watering!! Gorgeous atmosphere. An impressive and romantic space for any gathering.
