They helped me find a part that took three failed attempts at an auto parts store!
Meritage did a "new clutch" on a Nissan truck. They put the flywheel in backwards(remember that!) They were nice and let me use the shop truck to get around while they re-did the job. But, after I inspected the job myself, I saw one missing bolt on my exhaust and other bolts that were loose. Now, I replaced my clutch after only 20,000 mi and come to find out they forgot two housing bolts on the transmission. Sloppy beyond sloppy. Mid-day Saturday and we were on the way to the Sierras when we started to smell burning coolant in our RV. Even though their shop did not handle RVs, Ray was glad to take a look and let us know what we needed to do to safely proceed. A few handshakes a quick stop at the parts store and we were on our way.
