This complex has a nice exercise room, OK pool area, but only have one considering the size of the complex. The problem is, The New Management. They redid the office, took away the kitchen area that was for renting out to resident for events and build offices. The problem is, they prioritize new office furniture over the upkeep of the grounds and responding to service request. Do NOT even consider these apartments. The so-called new management all they care about is new office furniture and new pool furniture when there is 6 months worth of service requests ignored, the so-call Greenbelt view looks like a tornado blew in with broken dead trees all over the property. My rent includes a Greenbelt view and I don't have it so that's reasons enough to brake my lease and move in a more upkept community. Living at the Meritage at Steiner Ranch has been great for me. Maintenance gets things done, especially from a Cuban gentleman, Oswaldo, who is a good kind man. If you're looking for a place, Meritage at Steiner Ranch is great.
I literally counted down the days until the lease ended due to all of the awful experiences I had there, these experiences started the first week and lasted until the last day. 1. They don't do proper walkthroughs of their apartments - on the first day our apartment was dirty, dusty, the dishwasher was disgusting but also completely broken, and the bottom of the garbage disposal was completely rusted through.
