Always polite, pleasant and knowledgeable when I visit. These folks have been my "go to" now, since moving into the area 4 years ago now. I've felt like they've been up front and honest with me, always, often sparing my unnecessary costs (despite that nasty 1 star review). There's just no pleasing some folks. For me though, Merit has been great. Would recommend a call if you need services.
