Some therapists have a style where they force children to do a task they don't want to do, forgetting that play is therapy. Follow the child and learn how they like to play, then "weave" in their therapy needs. Forcing children will always end up with them crying the entire session. Sometimes therapists need to reconsider their approach as opposed to blaming the parent. As of now, I do not recommend their services. Ask your child's pediatrician about going somewhere else if Merit Health Outpatient Rehab is their referral.
The care and physical therapy I received from here was kind and concern for me to gain strength and mobility to get better. I appreciate every praise and effort made toward me .
