I can't speak for other areas of Wesley but the speech therapy team is a well oiled machine of miracle workers! Tyler is truly incredible. High turnover rate with pediatric therapists. My son had 10 different speech therapists, 5 different physical therapists, 5 different occupational therapist in less than 2 years time. My son's inconsistent therapy lead to different technique approaches, slower progression, and diagnostic challenges. I have seen some therapy techniques that use force play or therapists say let's do our work instead of saying let's try a fun activity today and giving a child a choice of an activity.
