It was horrible. I don’t know what was going on with the student nurse. She was very fidgeted. Kind of scary and the doctor was the same way were fidgeted. I couldn’t understand what he was saying only the nurse. She was very great. She was very professional.
They could not find my appointment. After 3 weeks waiting without hearing from Merit Health, I had to call myself for the appointment though a doctor's office had already sent the request. Scheduling said they did not handle Pulmonary appointments. So they transfer me and I had to leave a message That's not right. I am very disappointed with the scheduling department. But I am very grateful to Pul.onary
