Been calling for 30 minutes with no answer?!?!?!!! Also ashton I believe in the ER checking people in. Horrible customer service, couldn't wait to finish helping us so she could go knee slap with another worker ..... Highly disappointed. Girl friend needed serious medical help and that wasn't a good start!

It is crucial to receive professional care when you are taken to an emergency facility like Memorial. I had a recent experience at Memorial that left me greatly concerned. Upon arriving by ambulance, I was surprised by the lack of attention and care from the nurses. I was made to wait in a chair instead of being moved to a hospital bed, despite my heart issues and high blood pressure levels that suggested a potential heart attack. Dear Memorial Hospital Administration, I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to your emergency room. While I appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the staff, I was disappointed to find that the facilities and equipment seemed woefully outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s. I wanted to draw your attention to a situation that occurred during my recent visit to Memorial Hospital in Biloxi. I was brought in by ambulance on Tuesday, March 17, and unfortunately, it was an extremely negative experience. While I must commend the paramedics for their excellent care, I cannot say the same for the hospital. Upon arrival, there was a disturbing argument among the staff regarding who would be assigned as my nurse. I was out of town when UTI pain was unbearable. I went to the ER in the middle of the night, in extreme pain. I was gave fluids and IV antibiotics as well as non narcotic pain meds. Very good experience. Going home with RX for antibiotics. Very pleased
