Nice place, nice service, intimate style seating (narrow). Food needs more options as they ran out and cold brew had too much ice. Busy on a Wed morning and mix of patrons
High-quality local coffee (I recommend the natural processed cold-brew with a splash of cream). Fun breakfast options - favorite is a "bagel bomb" that's more of a kolache (cream cheese, bacon, and jalapenos in an everything-bagel shell). Aloof staff, but bright vibe for the venue.
I’ve come a couple times and each time I have left with a luke warm iced coffee with barely any ice. The coffee itself is good but not amazing.
Tried Merit Coffee for the first time June 8th. Ordered a Vanilla Latte - totally amazing. I went back the next day for a Cafe Au Lait - just as amazing. This is 45 minutes from me, but on my way to White Rock Lake and will be my go to spot every time I head to WRL (almost every weekend). Also got their coffee beans for home. My wife and I love the Andino Leal beans. Also love they focus more on the tasting notes than the "light/medium/dark".
Great little coffee shop to get work done or meet a friend for coffee. Food items are limited, and breakfast tacos are onlynserved until 11 a.m. I've always found a parking space and table to sit at when I go there, even though it is a busy spot. Great atmosphere and energy!
