So many bad things about this coffee shop. It is wildly overpriced and expensive. $25 for a bag of beans. $5 tiny bagel bites that were one bite and also not good. Worst of all is the service. On a normal, not overly crowded morning, it takes 15-20 minutes after ordering to get a simple coffee. Many of friends have had similarly bad experiences and long wait times. If you charge a lot for coffee, at least have good service.

I placed an order with an estimated pick up time of 915. After waiting over an hour I requested that my money be refunded and walked out. so did about 10 other customers. there needs to be a better system for processing orders. The staff seemed to be unorganized and unmotivated to fulfill the orders horrible service. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I placed my order online and when I got there, it wasn’t ready. I got there 20 minutes later because it said it would be done around that time. When I get there, there’s so many people waiting for their orders too and were waiting longer than me. They don’t even say anything to you. They just let you wait until you say something. I asked one of the bartenders what place I am in the line and they said 18!!!!! Horrible service.
