They made my wife’s birthday drink as hot instead of iced. I’m so grateful that they were willing to remake it. Also, they did a great job and their coffee is consistently high quality and vibes are really nice.

Very disappointing experience at this Merit Coffee location. The service was slow, unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. To make matters worse, our coffee orders were made incorrectly and did not match what we requested. When we brought the mistakes to their attention, the response was dismissive rather than helpful.
