Very disappointing experience at this Merit Coffee location. The service was slow, unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. To make matters worse, our coffee orders were made incorrectly and did not match what we requested. When we brought the mistakes to their attention, the response was dismissive rather than helpful. I don’t get it. There was only one lady before me and I was the second customer. And still, it took 10 minutes to make my order.
Their basic brew, Saddle Up, is one of the best cups of joe I've ever had. Raspberry scone wasn't bad either. But the coffee is what steals the show.
Nice cozy little spot on the corner of an apartment complex on the ground level. Always a nice rotating menu of specialty drinks. I got the cereal milk cold brew. A bit high on the price end but the quality of coffee is great. Not a ton of seating inside but there’s some outside seating space as well. Nice and cozy inside, good vibes and service to boot.
