Been to Merit for years and their corporate is also a great group of people after I had a minor issue. I live just 30 seconds from this location and it's one of the reasons I wanted to move here too for convenience. Delicious craft coffee every time.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews because I understand how demanding customer service can be. However, this experience left me disappointed. The posted closing time was 7:00 PM, and I arrived and placed my order around 6:20 PM—well before closing. I asked if my drinks could be served in regular cups since I planned to enjoy them inside, but I was told no because it was close to closing time.
