When my wife and I moved to Colorado Springs in May of 2016, we had a rental. We quickly realized homes weren't getting any cheaper and that we loved the area. Working with Melissah was like working with a friend to help sell our home. She was personable, experienced and made the entire process easier to manage. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell there home.
Do not rent from this company. Their rentals are unsafe. The house we moved into was filthy and every time we turn around it is out of code. No insulation, freezing pipes, stinks like every kind of animal urine, dryer vented straight up into the attic..Can you say carbon monoxide poisoning? Property manager a d owner couldn't care less...
Do not waste your time or money going to this abysmal "business." Nancy Pykerman is competely inempt, incompentant, and dishonest. She had lots of promises for how they would take care of the property: rent paid to us on the first of the month every month, vetted tenants, frequent checks on the property to make sure it was in good standing, and if there were any issues with the tenants damaging the property, their legal department would recover our losses.
