My experience with my sleep study was actually quite good. I've had three done over the past 20 years and this was probably the best. The process of getting my settings updated was problematic and getting replacement parts is pretty terrible. They don't proactively notify of timing for replacement (which all five of the other suppliers I've used do. The are gruff and disorganized every time I call for orders and it takes forever to get the parts.
