I have been going to this office since I found out I was pregnant and they have been absolutely wonderful. I love the front desk ladies, the nurses, and especially Dr Hoversland. He has been so great to me and my husband and is personable and has amazing bedside manner. I haven’t had great experiences in the past with other Gynecologists out of Henry County and Rush County but having him as my Obstetrician has put my mind at ease.
I love my Doctor's, ant the nurse's they truly do listen to your needs and concerns
I would give zero stars if I had to! I’ve given multiple chances before making my review. This office never returns calls or has test results in a timely manner. I feel they do not take the health of their patients seriously, they do not recognize abnormal labs nor do they address them. Expect the bare minimum if that’s what you’re looking for!!! Signed a Healthcare worker!
