Trying to take a step back before I type things that shouldn't be typed..... Dr. Mclroy for a man that states he has been doing this for over 30 years and has four children of his own has avery poor way with kids. Now mind you that I am a protective parent(who isn't) and my 6 yr old daughter is very shy. He treated he like she was at boot camp, very short with her and very rude. Incompetent - Dishonest – If you are considering Dr. McElroy at Meridian Vision I would strongly recommend you do not go ever. This just happened to me! I haven’t had glasses very long and I went to Dr. McElroy with a previous prescription. I told him that it was incorrect and listed all the many problems it gave me. I wasn’t going to leave my glasses prescription up to miscommunication so I was very specific when I told him my vision concerns. Never again – Have ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this business. Both times it has taken over 2 weeks to get them. Both times they have come to me damaged and had to be returned. Add another week. With 2nd pair, they added charges I was never told about and demanded that I pay. The original cost was very high to begin with and I would never have agreed to the extra. Will never do business here again.
Poor, slow service. – Extremely poor, slow service, the discount stores are cheaper and have better service, I will use them from now on.
