Pictures speak for themselves. I am on year three living here and it makes me feel like an idiot for staying so long. I get they want to force me out to replace sheet vinyl and counters and whatever else. My base rent month to month is $1790. If you wanted to know what to expect living here. We work with Meridian as a vendor, often. Management is great to work and schedule with!
Poor quality apartments with bad management, slow to never to make repairs. Then after I moved they charged me for damages that were there when I moved in.
