We work with Meridian as a vendor, often. Management is great to work and schedule with!
Poor quality apartments with bad management, slow to never to make repairs. Then after I moved they charged me for damages that were there when I moved in.
UPDATE: IT'S NOT SAFE TO LIVE HERE!!!! The mold was at such a dangerous level in my apartment that we believe it caused harm to my family's health. We also had an independent inspection done for the mold and the report stated that the apartment was unsafe to be in without PPE. Absolutely horrible. Cigarette smoke fills my apartment daily. Trash is never put in the dumpster, they just throw the bags right in front of it. Neighbors are loud.
