UPDATE: They did it again and mailed “we want to buy your home” garbage mail and finally after much back and forth with the BBB they “claim” they will remove my address. They asked for yet more personal information and wanted to send me down a rabbit hole to get them to do what they can easily do. I refused to give them anything. Apparently we worked for this company a year ago (we do not recall) and David has called us multiple times lately very rudely saying that we basically are dumb for not moving forward with them because we still haven’t been able to sell our home. Sent me junk mail labeled "DO NOT DISCARD". Don't send me junk mail and then boss me around pretending like it's important. Your company sends junk mail, and people are going to throw it away. Stop sending junk mail if you don't like it (duh).
I needed the reduced stress of having the closing costs included and the lack of realtor fees … the less time consuming process … They were polite , patient and thorough . This all mattered to me greatly .
