If you’re looking for a place where time slows to a crawl and basic customer service is treated like an optional feature, Meridian delivers with impressive consistency. Communication is minimal at best, attitudes range from indifferent to openly annoyed, and the overall experience gives off a strong “you’re inconveniencing us by existing” vibe. This place is a joke. The lack of communication is gonna tank this busniess. How in God's name do you lose an appointment?? How do you not send a script!!!! People need their meds and you're abandoning them. What am i paying $40 for??? Nothing? What a scam.

They will lose your appointments, and not give you the meds. The doctor didnt ever send the script. Called 3 times abt the meds never got them and now i wasted time today bc they magically lost my appointment :/ this place is a waste of time

Had a telehealth video appointment scheduled for 10am. Didn't receive a link so I called at 10:05 only to find my appointment was ACTUALLY for 10:35. Called at 10:40 after still not receiving a link and had to reschedule for next week. I understand being busy but the lack of communication and the fact that I had to call to find any of this out is embarrassing frankly
