We had an incredible experience at Sterling. My husband and I were in McCall for the day, and our kids were having a fun day out. Our 16 year old was in charge, and our 9 year old who has anaphylaxis with a number of food allergies had an allergic reaction as a result of cross contamination. They took her into the clinic, and I called the front desk, and everyone there did such a great job caring for my kids. They were awesome I had to get a few stitches in my finger and they got me in even tho it was close to closing they are super friendly and helpful
After our visit and tests my son ran a dangerously high temp, I went that next morning after cooling him down a bit and they said there was nothing more they could do. After reading more on the internet I should have been directed to go to the emergency room with the level of temperature he had. After that I received a bill that I intended to pay, but honestly slipped my mind. Apparently I was promptly sent to collections for this bill!
