We just had our house and garage roofs replaced by Meridian Restoration, Inc. There are not words to describe what a great job they did. The crew replacing the roofs worked with an ethic that I have not seen in a long time. Both ***** and ******* from Meridian worked together with our insurance company to help us with the cost of replacing our roofs due to storm damage. Had an older roof that was missing shingles/storm damage etc.. I get accosted by roof "pros" every summer - but **** stopped by on a logo'd truck and upon further research, the company had good reviews. I did some homework before deciding - Also **** explained the process, answered all my questions ahead of time - which was key for me - no guessing work. The roof of my house and garage required replacement due to hail damage. ****, the field representative for Meridian, contacted me to help with the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. **** went up on the roofs and took photos of the damage. He provided the photos to the claim agent. **** was knowledgeable, clearly explained the process to me, and was available by phone or in person every step of the way. **** knew the village ordinances and building permits were handled by Meridian. Meridian Restoration is master class in roof replacement! Sales Director *************** deserves special recognition for his infinite patience and his willingness to go the extra mile for his customers. Those things really made an impression on us along with his personality plus, always smiling positive nature. It's not often in this day and age you come across a contractor that shows up on time, gets right to work, and follows up on what he said he would do. Working with ****** and the crew at Meridian was a great experience. They arrived for the work on time, had 7 guys up on the roof, and finished the entire job by 4:30 that same day. Great experience!

From initial inspection for damage, and dealing with the insurance company and their appraiser, to complete installation of a new roof and skylights. Meridian made the entire process absolutely seamless. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, requiring virtually no effort on my part. I could not be more pleased.

Start to finish, Meridian has been a great company to work with! Our roof turned out great! Our Field Representative, *****, helped us every step of the way when dealing with our insurance company. The team came out on the build date and was able to strip the old and install the new roof in under 6 hours! In the end, we have a great looking new roof (with an awesome warranty) and the process was as stress free as we could have hoped for! Meridian is a great company to work with and I cannot recommend them enough!

**** was very professional in every aspect of my project, from intial engagement to working with the insurance company to micro managing the installation. He truly did what he said he was going to do at our first meeting.
