We just had our house and garage roofs replaced by Meridian Restoration, Inc. There are not words to describe what a great job they did. I haven't seen such a great work ethic in a long time. The crew working on the roofs were totally careful of all surrounding items and flowers. They were always on time keeping us informed of schedules, etc. And we always talked with "real" people and not robots when we called.
Had an older roof that was missing shingles/storm damage etc.. I get accosted by roof "pros" every summer - but Gene stopped by on a logo'd truck and upon further research, the company had good reviews. I did some homework before deciding - Also Gene explained the process, answered all my questions ahead of time - which was key for me - no guessing work. Meridian Restoration recently replaced my roof and siding and I was very pleased with the quality of their work. They lived up to all their commitments and there were no surprises not even with the final invoice. Gene, the project manager/salesperson was also very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I recommend them.
The roof of my house and garage required replacement due to hail damage. Gene, the field representative for Meridian, contacted me to help with the process of filing a claim with my insurance company. Gene went up on both roofs and took photos of the damage. He provided the photos to the claim agent. Gene was knowledgeable, clearly explained the process to me, and was available by phone or in person every step of the way. We had a great experience with Meridian Restoration. Our contact was Gene. He helped guide us thru the process, It begins with Gene filing the claim with State Farm and also being here with the inspector. Our claim was approved and a full roof replacement was needed, The crew arrived as scheduled. They finish the job (including tear-off) by 2PM the that afternoon.
