We recently bought in a new building managed by them and the experience working with Meridian has become increasingly unsatisfactory. They seemed attentive at first but was near impossible to get timely responses from them for issues after we moved into the building. I contacted Meridian many times to insist they work with the builder to get public areas and building systems to a working level, but they have refused to communicate with anyone.
