Bad service, overrated. They send multiple messages to the customer that are not in sync with the vendor’s schedule, which causes you to be stood up for an appointment thus missing family events. I would be leery of 5 star reviews being completed by the employees themselves.

They made sure everything was done perfectly! Overall they did a wonderful job!!
This was our first experience with a home warranty company and god, what a nightmare! As part of the coverage, they told us we could rekey 4 locks in the house. When the technician showed up, turned out he wasn’t even a certified locksmith. He worked for Meridian Property management company. So ok, being first time homeowners, we didn’t know any better, so we let him proceed. BIG MISTAKE He took apart the front door lock and wasn’t able to put it back together!
