I’d like to share my experience with Meridian Properties. As a property owner who has worked with them for over eight years, I have found their team to be highly professional, thorough in screening tenants, and consistently responsive in their communication. Meridian has been so helpful getting my family situated into a new home! We had a nightmare of a living situation that we needed to get out of ASAP, and the agent who showed us our listing was so helpful and informative. They made our move in process smooth and kept us informed of where we were in the process when waiting for approval. Pierce, you’re the best! Thank you for all your help 10/10 recommend this leasing company :)

We had such a great experience with the property management team! They were very attentive and took care of all of our concerns professionally. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the office staff were always so friendly, welcoming, and helpful anytime we had questions. It’s refreshing to work with a team that truly cares about their residents and makes everything stress free. We really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend them!

I called Miridian looking for a new place to stay. Speaking with Pierce I was very impressed on his knowledge and how he handled all my questions. Very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. I did find some place with slightly better pricing but the experience of working with Miridian was impressive. I plan on speaking with them again after this lease is up.

They have allowed a tenant to move in who then invited all the local homeless people to loiter around the property and surrounding area because its the new hangout apt. This is very frightening for people like my older mother and my gf. There are multiple homeless ... read more
