Meridian has been so helpful getting my family situated into a new home! We had a nightmare of a living situation that we needed to get out of ASAP, and the agent who showed us our listing was so helpful and informative. I called Miridian looking for a new place to stay. Speaking with Pierce I was very impressed on his knowledge and how he handled all my questions. Very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. I did find some place with slightly better pricing but the experience of working with Miridian was impressive. I plan on speaking with them again after this lease is up.
Meridian has managed three of my rental houses since 2019 and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. They fill vacancies fast, handle maintenance without me having to micromanage, and communicate like actual human beings — which is rarer than it should be in property management. Every time a tenant moves out, the turnaround is quick and the new tenant is well-screened.
