Fair warning if you are trying to rent somewhere that uses this company. The woman in charge of application approvals has no clue how to read credit. I was denied due to, and I quote, "Every account being at or near its limit". Mind you, I spent the last 10 years pulling and submitting credit to lenders myself, so when I got the copy of my credit she was referring to, I noticed there was no section on the report that showed account limits, just the maximum balance that was ever held on said accounts and what the current bala... read more
