Where do I start? Please take pictures before you move in and after you move out. They will look for ways to keep your deposit. They will charge you for a new paint job for normal wear and tear (leaving fingerprints or a scuff mark on a wall) when all it takes is a rag and water to wipe it off. And they will charge you for painting walls that are NOT damaged. I do NOT recommend renting a house from this Meridian Property Management company. I’ve spent about $33,000 on an 18 month lease to be treated this way!! Ridiculous
