This is something they don’t clearly explain up front: if you're planning to have roommates and not everyone wants to renew at the end of the lease, you won't get your deposit back. The place looked nice
DO NOT RENT WITHOUT SEEING IN PERSON I have lived across from one of the properties they own for a couple of years now. Specifically 2202 18th St Unit A. This company has not shown any respect or basic care to the other homeowners or neighbors of their properties. They have allowed a tenant to move in who then invited all the local homeless people to loiter around the property and surrounding area because its the new hangout apt. We were ill advised by the office staff which costed us to not get our full security deposit back. They would not give us our money back when we followed exactly what they said to do. Do not recommend!! Everyone in the office was always giving different answers and nothing is consistent.
