4313 53rd street I had a very disappointing experience with this property management company. Throughout my tenancy, I reported several maintenance issues that were never properly addressed or were significantly delayed. DO NOT RENT WITHOUT SEEING IN PERSON I have lived across from one of the properties they own for a couple of years now. Specifically 2202 18th St Unit A. This company has not shown any respect or basic care to the other homeowners or neighbors of their properties. Read the lease carefully. This is something they don’t clearly explain up front: if you're planning to have roommates and not everyone wants to renew at the end of the lease, you won't get your deposit back. Instead of refunding your share of the deposit when you leave, they make you rely on the new tenants to pay you back directly. Even though you're completely off the lease, Meridian won’t return your deposit—they expect the incoming roommates to reimburse you.
