The property managers are very responsive and great here specifically Austin. I was originally frustrated with the parking situation, but they were very communicative through the whole process and let me know that it would be difficult to find a spot right when I moved in. They provided updates Consistently about when parking will be available. Austin did a great job of communicating and making sure my requests were heard and he was working behind the scenes. We lived in this apartment for over a year during 2023-2024. We had amazing experience with a very specious 2BD/2BTH apartment with in-apartment washer and dryer for a very reasonable price. The maintenance team was very prompt in responding to any issues we faced. The apartment is safe and has great public transport options nearby. Great job team Meridian, especially Austin.
We have had very positive experience while living in this apartment! We lived here during 2023-2024 so our experience is based on that timeline. We were in a 2b/2b unit that was very nice, spacious with a cozy balcony. We have always received timely response from the maintenance team and never had any bitter experience. Excellent - lived there for a few years - in unit washer and dryer, affordable 2bd/2 bath within seattle. Pool! Responsive management and maintenance. Couldn't ask for more for the reasonable price! Just be cautious of living next to the hotel balcony - sometimes cigarette smoke wafts over, can be tough in summer w/ windows open. But not an issue with the apartment! Also felt very safe.
Poor property managers- they are slow to respond. Work orders take forever. The pool and hot tub are always out of service, there’s no available parking spots so you have to try and find it on the street. Overall not the best place to live- at least my heat works
