I lived here for 5 years and had a great experience. The owners made sure that the property stayed clean and up-to-date. The office managers (especially Austin) went above and beyond to help residents out and did a great job of communicating with residents. Any maintenance issues I had were handled day-of, I was very impressed with the response time and quality of work of the maintenance staff. Overall it was a great place to live - I would stay if I weren't moving out of state.
The property managers are very responsive and great here specifically Austin. I was originally frustrated with the parking situation, but they were very communicative through the whole process and let me know that it would be difficult to find a spot right when I moved in. We lived in this apartment for over a year during 2023-2024. We had amazing experience with a very specious 2BD/2BTH apartment with in-apartment washer and dryer for a very reasonable price. The maintenance team was very prompt in responding to any issues we faced. The apartment is safe and has great public transport options nearby. Great job team Meridian, especially Austin.
We have had very positive experience while living in this apartment! We lived here during 2023-2024 so our experience is based on that timeline. We were in a 2b/2b unit that was very nice, spacious with a cozy balcony. We have always received timely response from the maintenance team and never had any bitter experience.
