I would not recommend working at this radiation oncology center, particularly in the billing department. As the only biller, you are expected to take on all responsibilities—claims, follow-ups, payment posting (which is still done manually) full revenue cycle and more—for just $28.85 per hour. There is absolutely no work-life balance, and the workload is overwhelming. Benefits are minimal and costly, with no dental coverage and only 10 hours of PTO accrued per month.
