I get why Tony Kiritsis was so upset. The people now are so frustrating to work with. I got put on hold for 2 hrs and once I was finally put through the person who was helping me was nothing but rude and clearly had no idea about mortgages.
Ryan is rude. I initially called with several questions in regards to starting the home buying process and after informing Ryan that I am a truck driver with a percent pay, pay scale he became disinterested and hung on me. After calling back he continued to end my call. It seems that he his a sales based type of guy and does not have food will or intent. Beware
They make buying a house easy.
