Horrible Dr, even worse billing. Sent me to collections for $10 on a bill they had sent just 30 days prior. Before any future appointment I will ask if the Dr. is affiliated with Meridian Medical, if so I will find an different provider.
What is an unacceptable wait time for abnormal test results? Answer: over 6 weeks and 3 unreturned phone calls.
The worst colonoscopy experience. Very painful and poorly managed office.
I would never recommend anyone to this doctor's office. I was referred to Dr. Dunne by my PCP. I had EGD with him. He never called me back with my biopsy results. After calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages and demanding to speak with the office manager due to no call back from the doctor, I was finally given my biopsy results by the office manager. Yes, the office manager. His MA and Prior Auth rep were both very rude and combative, often arguing with me rather than providing assistance. I called on a Tuesday... read more
