VERY unresponsive! Good luck if you have issues with your machine after surgery. CPM Machine was not working well after day 3 of usage. I called and left multiple messages for service with no response. Also texted with no response. Eventually the owners (out of state phone number) voicemail was full so I'm sure other patients were having the same issues. Finally got to the point where I didn't need the machine anymore.
