Dr Oso was very rude to me during my visit. He does not listen. He thinks because he’s a Dr that he is correct and he is wrong. I should have a say in my care and what I will or won’t accept. Listen to your patients or you won’t have any. He has a horrible attitude if you go against him. Never want to see him again in LIFE lol I’m serious

This primary care practice was actually better than I expected. I was greeted with a kind receptionist. I did wait a bit due to me being a new patient but other than that, it was smooth. The medical assistant, Selena, was very sweet, patient, and skillful. She asked the appropriate questions and has great bedside manner. Dr. Kay Oso also was patient centered, listening to all of my concerns. Despite the name, this provider is a male (FYI to those who may think he is female).
