Great Doctor!! Also staff is amazing
This primary care practice was actually better than I expected. I was greeted with a kind receptionist. I did wait a bit due to me being a new patient but other than that, it was smooth. The medical assistant, Selena, was very sweet, patient, and skillful. She asked the appropriate questions and has great bedside manner. Dr. Kay Oso also was patient centered, listening to all of my concerns. Despite the name, this provider is a male (FYI to those who may think he is female).
I took my aunt to Dr. OSO AND I HEARD HIM SCREAMING AT ONE OF HIS NURSES , HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO HE WAS NOT NICE TO MY AUNT. HE ACTS AS IF HE DOES NOT LIKE BLACKS , HE IS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. I LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THIS BECAUSE WE DESERVE RESPECT AND HE HAD NO BEDSIDE MANNERS TOWARDS MY AUNT. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
