Receptionist failed to check me in when i told her my name. After an hour of waiting i asked what was going on. She still failed to check me in and then when i got the office manager involved the provider refused to see me because it was past my appointment time even though I was there 20 minutes early…. UNACCEPTABLE AND THEY WILL BE RECEIVING A BILL FOR MY TIME THAT WAS WASTED!!!
