Referred to the mental health side of meridian by probation, and after a year this is the rating. If i wouldnt get a violation id never go here or refer someone here.

Started setting up appointments and then lost Medicaid. Couple weeks later I got it back, but they discharged me in that time. Tried to set back up as a new patient and never heard back for two weeks. Called them on Monday to find out what was going on. Was told my application was still pending and that I would be escalated to a supervisor. Called today because I still hadn't heard back. No body will answer the phones, they hang up on you. Good luck trying to get ahold of anybody at this place.
